Hello Hotel now connects to Cloudbeds. If your property runs on Cloudbeds, sign in to it from Settings → Integrations and you're connected — no API keys to paste.
Guests and reservations sync in automatically, so every call and text shows who's contacting you and where they are in their stay — the same contact book, status labels, and reservation details Mews properties get.
Notes sync both ways. Reservation notes and guest notes flow between the two systems, and a note you write in Hello Hotel shows up in Cloudbeds with your name on it.
Reservation variables work in messages, snippets, and automations — first name, room, stay dates, booking source — including a payment link for the guest's outstanding balance.
Guest Experience check-in links. If you use Cloudbeds' Guest Experience portal, turn on Guest Experience check-in links on the Cloudbeds settings card and the check-in link variable starts working. It's off by default, since the portal is a paid Cloudbeds add-on.
AI Assist and web chat answer availability questions from your Cloudbeds rates — only the rates you've marked active for your booking engine, with taxes and fees included.
A Room condition check for automations: branch on whether the guest's room is clean or dirty right now.
Reservation-driven automations, primary number switching, and contact edits flowing back to your PMS all work the same way they do with Mews.
Merging duplicate contacts isn't available yet for Cloudbeds properties — duplicates are still flagged, and merge is coming.
A guest note that came from Cloudbeds can be read in Hello Hotel but not edited or deleted here.
