• Click the { } picker to insert first name, room number, stay dates, check-in and payment links, and more.

• Values resolve immediately for the guest in front of you, with fallbacks for anything missing so messages always read cleanly.

Drag the message box taller or shorter to fit what you're writing — double-click to reset. Your chosen height is remembered.
