The Guest Question step in the workflow editor texts the guest and only matches replies that come back by SMS, but nothing in the step says so. If WhatsApp or web chat is also in play, it isn’t obvious that the question won’t go out or be answered on those channels. Label the step’s message as an SMS so it’s clear at a glance.
