In the mobile app, opening a contact from the conversation screen, the icon to edit the contact looks like the icon to start a new message - people tap the wrong one. Use an icon that clearly means edit. Optionally place it with the Message and Call actions so the header top bar can be simplified or removed. (Mobile-only visual/UX issue.)
