Add guest context to the mobile conversation/call screen that isn't there today. 1) Guest status tag — a quick indicator of whether the person is a past, present, or future guest, shown especially when they call in, so staff have instant context. 2) Door code — surface the guest's door/access code in the app, which doesn't exist there currently.
