Hello Hotel can now answer calls for you. The AI voice agent picks up when your team can't, handles common guest questions, and can even look up reservation details in Mews in real time.

Transfer detection — the system knows when a call needs a human and routes accordingly
Calls are now recorded and transcribed automatically. Open any call in your conversation history to listen to the recording or read the transcript.
